We drive by jeep to the last village of the valley—Askoli, the gateway to Baltoro Glacier and the start of the trek.

Day 5: Trek to Jula (6-7 hours)
The first trekking day leads us through the Braldu River valley to our campsite at Jula. A scenic but hot trail.
